Character information -- The Whole Shebang.
Cho has many friends and a fair helping of best friends/close friends.  The person she has known the longest is, by far, Su Li.  Cho and Su grew up together as children and were friends all throughout Hogwarts and after.

Angelina Johnson and Cho have been friends since Cho's sixth year.  Cho considers Harry Potter to be her brother-slash-best friend-slash-partner in crime-slash-platonic other half.  She is also good friends with Seamus Finnegan and Oliver Wood, and is on friendly, if maybe not particularly close, terms with the members of the Weasley family members whom she has met.  Cho is friendly with Alicia Spinnet and Katie Bell, and was friends with a Ron Weasley during school.

Cho was also very close friends with fellow Ravenclaw Terry Boot at Hogwarts.  In addition, she regularly enjoyed spending time with Lisa Turpin, Mandy Brocklehurst, Michael Corner, and has pretty much "adopted" Luna Lovegood as her little sister.  She also counts Ernie Macmillan, Hannah Abbott, and fellow Auror Tonks of Hufflepuff in with her friends.  Of course, Cho is deeply close to Cedric Diggory, and would do just about anything for him.  She is also very tightly connected to Roger Davies, who passed down the baton of Quidditch Captain to her after he left Hogwarts.

Surprisingly, there were two (three, kind of) Slytherins with whom Cho was friends in school.  Tracey Davis was the first Slytherin Cho ever became friends with, and the original Theodore Nott was also someone Cho used to consider a buddy.  She cares deeply for the clone Theodore, even though their relationship didn't last very long.

Cho also has a lot of friends at the Ministry, mostly through MLE.

Cho's love life has been anything but simple although it's not as bad as Harry's.  It's almost too easy for her to develop an interest in somebody, but whether or not it goes anything past playful flirting and some teasing is up in the air.

Most of Cho's first experiences with the opposite sex came through lots and lots of playful flirting with her Quidditch Captain, Roger Davies, who was a year above her.  The two never actually pursued a relationship, and the flirting was mostly just done for fun -- although Roger did ask Cho to the Yule Ball; which she declined in favor of going with Cedric.  To Cho's knowledge, Roger was never really upset by that, as they never stopped being friends.

Cho's first serious relationship was with Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory, and he was her first love. They quickly became very close; she often fretted over him about the Tournament and spent many sleepless nights trying to help in any way she could.  Cho was Cedric's "thing that would be missed the most" during the Second Task.  Tragically he was murdered about six months into their relationship, and it effected Cho very badly.   After Cedric, Cho didn't date again for around a year or so, until she met Terry Boot.  It turned out that this Terry Boot liked guys just as much as she did, and they broke up a few months into their relationship, but remained very good friends.  Shortly after, she and Cedric (who had since returned) found themselves in relationship limbo for almost a year, both unsure of where to go and what to do now that the war was over.  Cedric left town one day out of nowhere, and, hurt, Cho considered giving up dating for another while...

...until she found herself starting to become interested in the "moody, broody" clone!Theodore Nott.  They took so long to get together that Harry even referred to Theodore as "Cho's undefined male friend who occassionally goes on dates with her."  Once Cho got back from Brazil, they began dating officially, but this was cut short once Theodore received notice that the Ministry wanted to try him again and possibly send him back to Azkaban.  It hurt Cho to see him go, but she knew that it was better he run away to somewhere far and distant, where he would be safe, than remain in the London/Hogsmeade area and risk an unjust arrest.

Currently Cho is not dating anyone, nor really thinking about dating anyone, although she's not inherently opposed to the idea if the right person comes along.
